The disc is carefully hammered and the gemstones meticulously wire-wrapped by hand and attached in any combination you wish.  If you choose to have a word added, it is hand stamped on the reverse.

They measure just 9mm across (just under 1cm), suspended from a 16 inch chain, making a beautifully dainty necklace packed full of sparkle as well as meaning.
