Add an extra charm to your Cat Birch birthstone necklace as your family grows to celebrate each new arrival.
Simply select which gemstone you would like adding and place your order as normal. You will receive an email on how to return your necklace to Cat Birch to have the additional charm added. Your necklace will have the additional gemstone charm professionally added, and will be given a complimentary polish before returning to you within a week.
PLEASE NOTE this is for the charm only, to be added to an existing Cat Birch necklace, which must be returned to the artist for adjusting professionally.
