Pearls are formed from a tiny piece of grit that is coated with layer upon layer of nacre inside an oyster. We see the glorious pearl but deep inside remains the grit. These elegant baroque pearls boast characterful shapes with subtle ripples and lines reminiscent of our own growing skin and lives.
